Sniper Elite: Resistance opens a new chapter in the series, shifting the focus to covert operations of World War II. Set in the heart of occupied France, users will take on the role of Harry Hawker, an agent of the Special Operations Executive (SOE) working with the French Resistance. His task is to destroy a new Nazi weapon so dangerous that it can change the course of the war. In the role of Hawker, players will conduct stealthy combat, choose tactics and solve a variety of problems. The design encourages both strategy and adaptation, allowing gamers to approach missions from different angles.

The campaign can be played both solo and in cooperative mode, which will add strategy and teamwork. Users can choose different infiltration points and capture zones, which opens up different paths to mission success. Working with a teammate on objectives, exchanging supplies, and reviving each other during intense combat moments adds momentum. Thanks to this, each playthrough will be different from the other, depending on the decisions made and teamwork.
